Our Well-Being Programmes are based on the Personal Synthesis approach to personal development. You can choose between four eight-week long programmes or you may even take them all.

If you want to take all four programmes, the best place to start is The World of “I”, followed by Walking on the Bright Side, Getting Things Done and Me and Others
What happens during the session?
Each 2-hour session considers two topics from your chosen programme. In groups of between 8 and 15 participants, together with your highly trained facilitator, you will move from discussions to questions, from individual exercises – to group activities. We find that people learn best when they learn not only from experts, but also from each other, which is why our discussions are always so lively. Above everything, the sessions are also fun – there is plenty of laughter, exploration and adventure. After all, our participants are the greatest resourse.
